Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:
- A completed scholarship application
- A completed FAF form at the enrolled college
- Signed release statement providing FAF information to the Fred Myers Memorial
Scholarship Committee from enrolled college- MUST be enrolled in a fall quarter/semester at an approved college in the State of Michigan
- MUST provide a transcript of college courses showing one year of completed college work
- MUST provide a 300 word typewritten statement about unionism, why this
scholarship is needed and how the student will benefit from it- MUST provide information on relationship with a UAW member or prior member
- Scholarship application deadline is December 10th. Winners will be selected by the
Fred Myers Scholarship Committee and notified the first week of January- Personal interviews MUST be set up by December 18th
